Im a little confused by this book of stamps that I got. They are fundraising stamps that says breast cancer USA first class. But there is no postage rate? I think they are 36 cents? But I am not sure.....

You purchased first-class stamps. They can be used in place of a 39 cent stamp although they cost 45 cents each with 6 cents going to the charity
