I was diagnosed with invasive carcinoma breast cancer Stage 2a grade3

I was diagnosed with invasive carcinoma breast cancer Stage 2a grade3?
no lymph nodes were involved , all tests came back negative for receptors , which i believe it was a triple negative cancer. I had 6 treatments of chemo and am now going through 6 weeks of radiation. I am 36 yrs old. What are my chances of this reoccurring? no one can tell me why or how i got it , and there is NO history of breast cancer in my family.

I'm a Breast Cancer survivor for almost 2 years. The Cancer I had was stage 2 lobular invasive and it had started going out side of the lobules, The type I had was not seen on a mammogram or ultrasound it only showed up on an MRI and only 10 to 15% are infiltrating or invasive, mine was E R positive and it is not genetic. The kind I had was estrogen fed and I am now on Femara for 5 years. They gave me Tamoxifen but I had a severe reaction to it, You didn't say if your cancer was ductal, lobular , or something else. It would be hard to say what your chances of recurrence is. Like I said about the type I had it was estrogen fed and no one in my family had this. The great thing is because of mine being what it was I don't have to worry that I passed it down to my Daughter. The BRACA1 and 2 were negative for genetics. But I do have a chance of recurrence and it coming back in different parts of my body. But that won't happen God took mine away and he won't let it come back. Sometimes we really can't get all of our questions answerd because there really is no answer why it was you, but you had the cancer cells in your body and they invaded and became cancer. What I was told was every person has Cancer cells, but not all people get cancer

It is more of a concern than someone that has not breast cancer in the past. I hope all turns out well.

Yes, a new bump may indicate a cancer relapse, but I am sure your mother is aware of the situation and is taking care of it.

There are two diffferent kinds of breast cancer lumps benign & malignant. Maybe this lump is malignant which means non cancerous so maybe this will be the outcome wait for biopsy

As an analogy to breast enhancement creams: Would guys risk "P" cancer to get a bigger one?
Breast enhancement creams inevitably cause breast cell proliferation via "natural" or "plant" or "bioidentical" (crap terms) hormones, which is a prerequisite for breast cancers. Just wondering if men would take the same risks for something rather stupid?

Well, my wife likes my "p" the size it currently is at. :) However, if for some reason I felt "inadequate" in that regard (which I don't), then nope, I would definitely *not* take the cancer risk! I'd just find other ways to compete, like maybe try to get really rich! Or learn to be more romantic, learn to dance really well, study massage and read up on techniques, etc. :)

No, however think about how many guys buy penis enhancing pills over the internet that have absolutely no evidence base around them at all. Based on this, I would expect millions of guys would run the risk of getting cancer simply for a bigger one

The assignment is to write a 3-5 page research paper. I chose to do breast cancer as my topic. My paper must include and introduction with a thesis statement at the end. I've never been one to write a powerful thesis statement, or really one at all...so your help would be greatly appreciated. By the way, if this helps with anything, my paper must cover the history, symptoms, causes, prognosis, and support groups for breast cancer. If you could give me some advice or even write a thesis statement for me [again, I'm a great writer but research papers are just not my forte] Thanks in advance.

Asymetrey is normal unless its really recent and cause by swelling, as for the bumps only a doctor can tell... they'll palpy you and will be able to tell if further tests are nescessary or if its just a bad bruise or somesort of harmless benign tumor.

It's not totally abnormal for a girl to have one breast that is slightly larger than the other, I've seen it before. As far as the cancer thing goes, yeah you probably have it.

This sounds more like a stretch mark and a couple of zits combined with perfectly normal asymmetrical breast development. It sounds nothing like breast cancer. At 16 your risk of breast cancer is around 1 in 1 million, less than the risk of being struck by lightning! If you are concerned talk to your mother or school nurse who can arrange for you to see a Dr if there is anything out of the ordinary
