This boy said the other day that his 10th grade sex ed teacher told him that a woman in her 20's or 30's can't conceive a baby if she has breast cancer. Did his teacher give the class wrong info? Because I never heard of this before. Can a breast cancer patient get pregnant? I would think she could, right?

Yes, but if they have undergone radiation treatments then no they cannot. Some women will freeze their eggs at a clinic before undergoing treatment so that later they will be able to have children.

she told them correct. why she would even bring up cancer i cant figure out, but ok. yes she could get pregnate but the medications she would be on the immunosuppression drugs, she wouldnt be able to carry the baby....not to mention if it had progressed to the chemo stage. isnt i weird how teachers just throw out random info at our kids and we have to sort it out?....good luck and have a nice day
