I am a 24 year old and am feeling sharp pinching pains on my left breast, as well as a swell. Is this normal for my age range? I'm a bit nervous about this and will speak to my doctor soon. I dont know much about breast cancer at an early age like mine.

They can, but it is very, very rare indeed. Fewer than 0.1% of all those diagnosed with breast cancer are under 30, and only 5% are under 40, and most (50%) are over 50. And pain is rarely a symptom of breast cancer; most people diagnosed with it have felt no pain. You are doing the right thing seeing your doctor; this will almost certainly put your mind at ease.
