if your wife had breast cancer and the removed one breast would you still be with them

if your wife had breast cancer and the removed one breast would you still be with them?
i was 26 yrs old when they removed my breast because of cancer. my husband stood by my side and loves me with only one breast. Do you think you could ever fall in love with someone that lost a breast? Reconstruction is not an option because my cancer is to high risk.

Good for your husband. I think if you really love someone, you should be by their side no matter what.

so sorry to hear about having breast cancer. Sounds like things are going well though. I say if the spouse truley loves you, there is no question. If they were to leave you because you only had one breast...then that person never really loved you

YES! Of course. That would be sooooooooo fcked up if someone left their wife over a breast. You should love your wife for WHO she is NOT what she has.

Obviously, I can't answer your question, but just to comment. You've got a great husband. He realizes that you are not your breasts.

I couldn't fall for a girl with only one breast but if it happened to my wife, yes of course I would stand by her...

Absolutely! I mean, I am a woman but if my boyfriend or husband had cancer and they had to remove his testicles or something I would stand by his side. I guess it really depends on how stable the relationship is before the cancer. Also, you are a very lucky woman to have such a good man by your side! :)

I think yes, if a man couldn't still love you than he definitley has his own issues.

of course I would stay with that person, if I loved them. You are more than a breast and you wouldn't consider leaving if he had a testicle removed now would you. When we grow up, we are supposed to see the entire person, not just the wrapping.

My foster mom had breast cancer, luckily they caught it in the beginning stage, but she had to have 3 surgerys to remove it plus the reconstructive surgery. She had chemo and radiation of course and she started having even more dramatic mood swings, hair loss, etc.. Her husband of (at the time) 33 or 34 years was right by her side every sick day, along with all of her foster children and real children and family. It was a long 3 years of struggle but we never gave up and knew she was too stubborn to die from this. She is now cancer free. But even without the reconstructive surgery we all still would have been by her side every step of the way. Her husband would be there every second that he could. He is a great man and my foster dad! ;) So absolutely yes, and if someone says they would leave.. well your just selfish and messed up!
