I've got the answer for you! Go to www.pubmed.com, a biomedical citation database containing over 15 million scientific citations. Type in "breast cancer" and "tumeric" for instance, or "breast cancer" and "soy," and see what you find. You can also go to www.vitasearch.com and do the same. You will be amazed by how much research exists demonstrating the efficacy of things like flax lignans, soy genistein, tumeric, scullcap, and various other herbs and foods for not just preventing but effectively destroying (in some cases) ductal carcinoma!
