I don't think you should be wearing a bra to sleep! Its not good to have constant pressure on parts of you. But I doubt it causes cancer. You should wear a fitted singlet or something if you need a little support.

No. I always wear a bra to bed. I don't have the biggest boobies by a long shot, but recently it has become uncomfortable to sleep w/o a bra. My tits flop all over the place, and end up in my b'f's mouth!
