is this an effective way to fight breast cancer?
If the cancer hasn't spread anywhere else can it be effective if you just surgically remove both breasts and put in fake implants so that way it removes the cancer, and you pretty much guarantee it doesn't come back?

If there has been no spread, then DCIS, a form of breast cancer is often just treated with lumpectomy and follow up radiation. This is less invasive than the double mastectomy and reconstruction you are suggesting, and has about a 99.99% success rate.

If the cancer remained in the breast and it's successfully removed vis lumpectomy or mastectomy, there will usually be some kind of added treatment to go along with it like targeted radiation or chemotherapy. Implants are often used for cosmetic reasons but offer no protection against breast cancer. There is never a 100 percent guarantee the cancer will never come back. yes this a good way to make sure that it doesn't come come back but you could just remove one breast and then they ill just give you a readition pill for about 5 years and conitnue to check you up that's what happen to my friends mom,

The breasts are not the cause of cancer. You need to remove the cause. Estrogen has been linked to it and you can reduce estrogen out put by these things. 1. quit the pill. 2. get pregnant. 3. breastfeed. Long term lactation prevents breast cancer and cervical cancer both of which are hormonally induced. Therapeautic nipple stimulation also helps as the prolactin produced counters the estrogen.
