if you live in canada. the c i b c bank has very large selection of items. zellers very good. major drug store chains do have items also. unfortunately they are to easy to find. the advancements tremendous. she will become a long time survivor . best wishes

What a thoughtful daughter you are! For what it’s worth, as a mom who is herself battling breast cancer, I can tell you what meant so much to me coming from my young daughter. She herself began wearing Breast Cancer Awareness jewelry (earrings and a necklace pendant), had a pink streak put in her hair in honor of breast cancer awareness, and bought a Breast Cancer Awareness keychain for her backpack. Nothing shows a mom with cancer greater support than a daughter who herself dons such things. While wearing all that publicly (which truly touched my heart), what my daughter *personally* gave to me was a letter telling me how much I have meant to her, recounting all her favorite memories of the times we’ve shared. For your own mom, I can't help but think there is no greater gift than that. Generally speaking, breast cancer jewelry is best—and most meaningfully--worn by the LOVED ONES of the cancer victim. You can’t begin to imagine how much that show of support means to a mother fighting cancer. No mom with cancer wants to be given the message that she herself is fighting this cancer ‘alone’ (though I’m sure you never meant it that way). If you give her anything at all to show you care, let it be a letter telling her how very much she has meant to you, and how much she matters in your life. And then YOU be the one to don the jewelry showing your utmost support of her.
