My boob nipple has been soar for weeks and has recovered 89% Could this have been breast cancer

My boob nipple has been soar for weeks and has recovered 89% Could this have been breast cancer?
I am seriously wooried and i want to make sure it was nothing serious and make sure if it was breast cancer!

I would get a mamogram. Because breast cancer doesnt go away like that.

How old are you? If you are younger breast cancer is less likely, but saying that it can happen at any age. Have you felt your breasts thoroughly for any lumps and bumps? It would be advisable to go to your GP and explain the situation to help put your mind at rest and you can always ring NHS direct at anytime and speak to a nurse. if your GP is worried and you have a family history of cancer then he/she wil send you for further tests like a mamogram. Also, has a partner been near your nipples say with his teeth?! This part is personal experience by the way...my nipple is extremely sore at the minute, this is after my boyfriend was having a play and caught me with his teeth! Im sure you don't really want the details on that but if its a possibility for you? Good luck though, im sure you will be fine
