I have gynecomastia and my left breast hurts sometimes. also ,my left nipple looks different from my right one. I looked on wrongdiagnosis.org and it says the only cause for gynecomastia and a painful breast is breast cancer. really?

No, it isn't true that gynecomastia is caused by breast cancer, if that is what you are saying. Gynecomastia is usually caused by hormone imbalance and can be aggravated by being overweight. It is true that men can get breast cancer though
