You need to be treated. If the lumps are movable, they generally are not cancer but if not taken care of could become cancerous.See a Dr.

Get it checked out. It likely isn't cancer, but if it is, you're dead in months.

The risk of breast cancer at ages 16 - 20 is around 1 in 1 million. The risk of breast cancer in both breasts at the same time is even smaller. This does not sound like breast cancer. At your next annual check up get your Dr to check your breasts. This just sounds like what is "normal" for you.

None at all. You are lucky they move around. See your gynecologist. He will probably send you for an ultrasound. Relax, it's nothing.

The chances of breast cancer at your age ar so small as to be almost non-existent - it's pretty much unheard of. And the chances of it occurring in both breasts are smaller still. Fewer than 0.1%of all those diagnosed with breast cancer are under 30 and only 5% are under 40. Most (80%) are over 50. Most breast lumps, even in women over 50, aren't cancerous - over 80% of breast lumps considered suspicious enough for biopsy turn out to be benign
