Women who have never had children and those who had children but did not breast feed them are at higher risk than those who had babies and breast fed. I don't know about the abortion part, but there are lots of good reasons NOT to have an abortion and IF people were more responsible and used birth control in the first place abortion would NOT be so common. Abortion complications include infection and perforation of the uterus leading to hysterectomy and NO children in the future. Also, guilt and other psychological problems.
