Why Do Some People Make Breast Cancer Awareness So Trashy?
At my college students where shirts that read on the front : I love BOOBS" and on the back it reveals "get yours checked, Breast Cancer Awareness." Also, on Facebook lots of women are typing colors into their Facebook status....The surprise is that they are revealing the colors of their bras for breast cancer awareness. How trashy!!! I don't want some perv on Facebook to know what color bra I am wearing?? What do you think?

If you don't want them to know what color bra you are wearing, don't involve yourself in that part of the movement. People help in the ways they know how, and for some people that means getting a little bit slutty. Sex sells. It's sad, but true.

No idea! Also, the breast cancer awareness thing is always pink/bra/booby related. Men can get it too.

Women have boobs! They wear bras! Why is it a big deal for someone to know your bra color? Mine is black therefore I must be a slut right? Wrong! I don't see why that is trashy. Maybe the " I love boobs" shirts are disrespectful, but trashy? I don't think so.

Sex and a serious medical condition shouldn't be mixed. It sounds like the guys that laugh in school when they hear the word breast, penis, or vagina in a text book and the girls seem like they're using breast cancer as an opportunity to be a slut. What does the color of their bra have to do with breast cancer besides the fact that it holds their boobs? Further more, who CARES what color their bra is? Its like theyre saying save the BOOBS, not the person.
