My sister's 10 year remission for breast cancer is comming up and I do not know what to get. If you have any ideas o suggestions I'll aprecciate them

Get her flowers or a plant.

How about a donation in her name to an organization that helps women with breast cancer, or does breast cancer research? I know it isn't an original idea, but I bet she will be happy knowing that your money is helping other people to survive what she did. Also, give her a big hug and tell her how much you love her, and how much she has accomplished in the past ten years.

How about an experience gift? balloon flight, day trip somewhere special, weekend hotel stay where you used to holiday as children, fly a light aircraft, tea at Harrods? Or jewelry engraved?

I don't really have ideas for gifts, but just want to say that's fantastic; it's the sort of news people like me who've been in remission for a shorter time (4 years in my case) need to hear!
